Obituary

Patricia Heathcoat, 80 of Lubbock, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Center Plains Cemetery in Cotton Center, Texas with Ty Horsford officiating. Viewing will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2020 at Lemons Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
Patricia was born on November 19, 1939 to Daniel and Bertha (Kester) Barrett in Cotton Center, Texas where she also grew up and attended schools. Patricia enjoyed sewing, painting, gardening, fishing or anything that had to do with the outdoors. She had a deep love for her family, especially her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by one son, Troy Kirk of Lubbock; three daughters, Pamela Rudd (Emil Boev) of Lubbock, Donna (Felipe) Cruz of Amherst and Paula (Albert) Garcia of Lubbock; one brother, Charles Glen Barrett of Lubbock; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two sons, James Eric and Jason Edward Kirk; both parents, one brother and two sisters.
