Obituary

Nathan E. Cowart, 53, of Plainview passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Perkins officiating.

Nathan was born on September 2, 1969 to Elmo M. & Fritzine (Steinfeld) Cowart in Plainview, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Elmo M. Cowart and his brother, Malcolm P. Cowart.

Nathan is survived by his mother, Fritzine Cowart of Plainview, TX; one brother, Andrew Cowart of El Paso, TX; one sister, ViTricia Martin & husband Bryan of Wolfforth, TX; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
