Mrs. Ruby Rowell, 79 of Plainview, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Funeral Services were held at noon Friday, December 17, 2021, in Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment was held in Parklawn Memorial Gardens at 3:00PM, directed by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Rowell was born July 22, 1942, in Post, Texas. She moved to Plainview in 1943. Mrs. Rowell was an LVN for 46 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Heather Rowell. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rowell.
