Obituary

Mary Katherine "Kathy" Allison, age 86, of Lockney passed away, Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Plainview Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to service 9:00 am.- 12:00 p.m., Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Moore Rose Funeral Home of Lockney. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore Rose Funeral Home of Lockney.

Mary was born on December 10, 1931, in Floyd County, Texas to Thomas Norris and Nellie (Ward) Clark. She enjoyed playing cards, dominoes with her sister and friends on Sunday nights after church at her sis house. Anyone that knew her, knew she loved it, and she loved to visit with people.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Weldon Ray Blakemoore; her parents, Thomas and Nellie Clark, 3 brothers, Edward Clark, Elvis Clark, and Oscar Clark; and a sister, Clementine Carthel.

She is survived by 3 nieces, Pricilla Minter, Debby McCarty, both of Lockney; Sue Barnes of Olton, and a nephew, Wayland Carthel of Okinawa Japan.
