Obituary

Michael Villalon, 50 of Plainview, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in Plano, Texas. Services will be held at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Viewing for Mr. Villalon will be at 2:00pm until 8:00pm with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Funeral Service will be at 11:00am, Wednesday, May 31, 2023, with Vicente Villalon, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Michael was born on September 12, 1972, in Lockney, Texas to Vicente Villalon, Sr. and Maria Irene (Sepulveda) Villalon.

Michael was full of light, love, and laughter. He enjoyed playing various instruments, going fishing, and playing in professional pool tournaments. He was a member of the Plainview Pool League. He loved spending time with his family and kids, especially his right-hand best friend, Sophie. He was a true man of God, that loved to praise and worship.

Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Irene Villalon, and his grandmother, Cipriana Sepulveda.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 14 years, Nacol Chavez of Plainview; his five children: Amber and Amie Villalon, Madison and Maranda Chavez and Brandon Rosalez; his granddaughter, Isabel Marie Villalon; his father, Vicente Villalon, Sr.; his sister, Betty Villalon of San Marcos; his five brothers: Vicente, Jr. and Ruth Villalon of Lubbock, Victor and Cynthia Villalon of Plainview, Mando and Ilda Villalon of Plainview, Arnulfo and Irma Villalon of Lubbock, and Danny Villalon of San Antonio; twelve nieces and nephews, and thirteen great nieces and nephews.

Michael will truly be missed! (GO COWBOYS!!)
